The Better Water for All Network+ invites participants to a webinar on Biotransformation of Emerging Organic Contaminants.
The speaker is Dr Yaochun Yu of Stanford University. His talk will describe the biological processes behind contaminant removal, and how these processes can improve our ability to predict wastewater treatment performance and contribute to future strategies that use microbial communities to remove pollutants and recover valuable resources from waste.
As well as PFAS WG members, this webinar may be of interest to members of the ESWS WG from the viewpoint of developing early warning systems for wastewater treatment plants.
