Building on the success of an inaugural conference in Johannesburg in 2023, this event aims to bring together a global community of researchers, practitioners and policy experts to advance knowledge and innovation in non-sewered sanitation systems (NSS), decentralised wastewater management, resource recovery, and sustainable sanitation technologies. The conference is hosted hosted by the Global Sanitation Center of Excellence (GSCOE), Indian Institute of Technology Palakkad (IIT Palakkad) in collaboration with the International Water Association (IWA).
