Resource Conference Cymru 2026 will shine a light on the current status of the resource and waste sector in Wales, from top-level policy updates to the practicalities impacting local authorities today.
Across the agenda, it will explore topics spanning key policy changes and what they mean for the sector; waste crime challenges, the inclusion of glass in Wales’ DRS, and encompassing the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals into the core of Wales’ efforts for a sustainable future with a just transition approach.
With all industries and efforts pushing for sustainable innovations and solutions to support Wales and beyond, the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management (CIWM) is excited to bring the sector’s leading voices, along with fresh perspectives, together in March, as efforts are mobilised to move Wales beyond recycling, and to a sustainable nation with the aim of a zero-waste future.
