Still to come…

Still to come…

Planned outputs for the next few months include feedback from the fascinating Microenvironments workshop led by Dr Joe Weaver, then of Newcastle, now at Durham University.

Journal papers in preparation or review include those based on a study of the implications of emerging biotech for bioreactor materials, and from the joint BBNet/EBNet workshop on Integration of Thermal, Thermochemical, and Biological Conversion Technologies. We are also looking forward to reports and papers from small studies on Aerobic Granulation Processes and Anaerobic Fermentations.

The Environmental Sensors and Wastewater Surveillance WG has announced a date for the next International Symposium on Microfluidics, from 25-26 August 2026 in Cambridge. And more webinars are in the pipeline from Bioelectrochemical Systems and other working groups – look out for further announcements by email and on the News and WG pages.

We hope to have feedback from the EBNet Members Survey and from parallel discussions with our WG Leads. And watch out for a much-anticipated White Paper on Environmental Biotechnology by the EBNet team!
