With net-zero targets and decarbonisation goals driving change across sectors, food waste and organics present a significant but underused opportunity. By managing these materials effectively, we can reduce carbon emissions, improve soil health, and move closer to a circular economy model.
This session will explore how food waste is currently handled, whatās changing under new policy requirements, and how we can optimise systems to support high-quality outputs from anaerobic digestion and other treatments.
