The Chartered Institution of Wastes Management (CIWM) is hosting the next in its âHard to manage materialsâ Technical webinar series. The panel will consider food waste and organics, how to manage contamination and decarbonise bioprocessing.
With net-zero targets and decarbonisation goals driving change across sectors, food waste and organics present a significant but underused opportunity. By managing these materials effectively, we can reduce carbon emissions, improve soil health, and move closer to a circular economy model.
This session will explore how food waste is currently handled, whatâs changing under new policy requirements, and how we can optimise systems to support high-quality outputs from anaerobic digestion and other treatments.
The webinar is FREE for CIWM Members, ÂŁ20 +VAT for Non-members, and counts towards Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
See Here for more details on the event and how to book.
