The purpose of the webinar is to explore whether the waste industry is doing enough to meet the need for equality, diversity and inclusion.  Presentations will cover the scope of EDI within a membership driven organisation, what EDI means in the workplace environment, unconscious bias, the presence and experiences of BAME groups in the industry and practical steps for improvements.
