The 2026 IBIC ICURe Discover Programme is inviting applications from researchers in north‑west England who are interested in exploring the commercial potential of their industrial biotechnology innovations.
 The programme is funded by the Industrial Biotechnology Innovation Catalyst (IBIC) and Innovate UK. It focuses on market discovery and offers online support to researchers, academics and technicians in:
- Understanding their potential market
- Increasing market awareness
- Gaining insight into real‑world applications
- Testing assumptions with up to ÂŁ2.5k in financial support
