The National Biofilms Innovation Centre (NBIC) has some further funding through the BBSRC Flexible Talent Mobility Account (FTMA) 4 scheme and will receive formal confirmation of award in early December 2022.
This funding can support support secondments and other activities that contribute to the mobility and development of researchers and technical staff and are £10k – £15k on average. Funding can only be used for employed researchers and technicians and cannot be used as bridge funding to support PhD students who have recently submitted their thesis, or those who have already attained lecturer or equivalent status. Secondments must start in early January 2023 and this funding must be spent by 31 March 2023. Due to this expedited timeline, they are asking for applications ahead of the award being confirmed.
Applications must be submitted by Wednesday, 9 November 2022. Follow THIS LINK for details
